East Empire Pendants
Thirty East Empire pendants are scattered across Solstheim, mostly near the Bulwark and along the coast. Fethis Alor in Raven Rock buys each one for 500 gold. The 19 outdoor pendants are pinned here; the rest sit inside dungeons and buildings.
