Report a wrong marker or description
Include the location name, what is wrong, and if possible the correct information with a source (an in-game screenshot or a UESP link). Corrections are usually live within a few days.
Translations
If a term in your language does not match the official game localisation, tell us the page and the term you expected. Feedback from native speakers is what keeps the nine language versions accurate.
